Leadership Coaching
I meet leaders where they are to help them lead with clarity and confidence.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a creative process of self-discovery that helps leaders:
Navigate uncharted territory and big life changes
Courageously embrace new beginnings
Lead from their sphere of influence
Recognize and articulate what is most important to them
Gain a new perspective on recurring challenges
Identify what’s getting in the way and opportunities to improve
Challenge old ways of thinking and behaving
Show up more inclusively with their team members
It can be lonely at the top.
Coaching offers leaders the space to clarify what's important, identify opportunities to improve, and unlock their potential.
How I coach
I became a leadership coach to help my clients lead more effectively. Through deep curiosity, powerful observations and unwavering encouragement, I help you discover your unique perspective and strengths.
My coaching style honors that you are a whole person, with many identities and values. I provide a brave, confidential space for you to address changes that arise throughout your career. I am known for supporting and challenging my clients, holding them accountable every step of the way.
Paige adheres to the ethics and standards set by the International Coaching Federation. While coaching does address personal and life conditions that have an impact on professional effectiveness, Coaching is different from therapy, psychological counseling, or social work.
Coaching builds the capacity of leaders to transform themselves and their organizations.
Who I coach
My clients are already great leaders -- wise, knoweldgeable, and resourceful. Regardless of years of experience, I coach leaders who:
Believe that inclusive leadership is just good, effective, leadership
Have a growth-mindset
Are willing to go deep and talk about what really matters
Are curious about how power dynamics + intersecting identities show up at work
Want to create lasting positive change
Types of Coaching
1:1 Leadership Coaching
I enjoy helping leaders navigate all types of professional transitions and change. Here are some of the challenges I've coached leaders on in the past:
Clarify and harness your unique leadership style, values, and strengths
Identify professional goals and what is getting in the way of achieving them
Navigate interpersonal conflict (e.g., challenging direct reports)
Begin a new chapter of your career
Lead across generational or other identity-based differences
Build DEI* competence (e.g., address power dynamics, explore identities, embrace courageous conversations across difference)
Address barriers to inclusive leadership including perfectionism, defensiveness, and “either/or” thinking
Mitigate imposter syndrome, burnout, and overwork
*A healthy amount of skepticism is expected, but if you think DEI is BS, I’m not the coach for you.
Team Coaching
When teams experience a major change or a break of trust, communication and collaboration can be a challenge. I design and facilitate virtual and in-person experiences to help teams address what happened and design a path forward. I have helped teams:
Uncover root causes of reccuring challenges
Establish a shared vision and common goals
[Re]build relationships and trust
Address and overcome new obstacles
Clarify roles and decision-making processes
Communicate and collaborate more effectively
Co-create practical action items
Foster a sense of joy and belonging
