What drives me

Growing up playing basketball in metro-Detroit, I had the privilege of experiencing what it felt like to belong at a young age. I've been chasing this feeling ever since.

I love being on a team, but as a neurodivergent person, I struggled to find my footing in the traditional workplace. I had a hard time understanding the unspoken "rules of the road" and was often told I was "too much." I have firsthand experience navigating systems that were not designed for people with my type of brain.

I thrive when I can be the most authentic version of myself: enthusiastic, creative, and sometimes a little intense. My lived-experience, combined with my expertise, helps me lead individual and systems-wide change.
