My clients
I’ve guided organizations through large-scale change in the private, non-profit, and government sectors. Most recently, I’ve partnered with leaders in automotive, conservation, healthcare, marketing, museums, philanthropy, public media, sexual and reproductive health and rights, technology, and science education.
My clients range from from executives, to retired leaders, to first-time managers. Regardless of years of expeirence, I partner with leaders who are:
Willing to grow. A growth mindset is non-negotiable. I work with self-reflective leaders who are willing to explore and address whatever may be holding them back.
Socially-conscious. My clients are mission-driven. I work with leaders who want to create lasting change for the greater good, regardless of their sector or industry.
Committed to equity. You don't have to be a DEI expert, but I work with leaders who are curious how to design organizations where everyone can thrive.

Our Shared Commitment
My clients and I do our best to bring these values to life:
Curiosity: We keep an open mind and generously assume positive intent.
Compassion: We recognize the humanity in one another. We have patience for ourselves and others, knowing the goal is always progress, not perfection.
Courage: We take accountability and humbly apologize when we’ve made a mistake or caused harm. We say and do hard things knowing neither of us will ever “get it right.”
Communication: We prioritize proactive, honest, and direct feedback. Disagreement is encouraged as long as it is delivered with respect and kindness.
Center those who lack power: We listen to and create material improvements for people who have been historically excluded.
